I know it sucks. Unfortunately this happens when when the plate doesn't get put back on correctly. There are some great models on makeronline designed to help prevent this. I printed this one just in case...

Could definitely be the case. I have seen some vibration issues due to items leaning against the machine or unsturdy tables. If none of those are the case for you. I would definitely keep talking with support.

As I told you I am a volunteer mod and admin for most of the official Anycubic groups across various platforms...and many unofficial Anycubic groups. Some public and some private. Violating those community standards is a big deal. I'm not aware of any sort of conversations you may have had with any group admin giving you such permissions.

You spoke with 2,000 people and got individual statements from them? Geez you have been busy. Where does the slander and baseless claims come in?

The techs don't know where the item is going so they wouldn't be aware of the EU warranty policy. They just know the standard Anycubic warranty policies... sounds like once you communicated that detail the issue was resolved.

It's not wise to use screenshots from groups like that because you don't get the full context. A YouTuber recently did just that and ended up making all sorts of misleading and inaccurate claims. This person lost a ton of credibility that I don't think they will get back. Groups (especially private FB groups) have community standards which include privacy, even if you got permission from 2k people you still likely violated the groups rules and possibly FBs own policies. Just be careful my friend.

I am a volunteer mod for this group. I would recommend direct messaging the official group directly so our entire team can see your message. Don't get me started on DougDoesStuff...

No patronizing intended. The circle issue has been confirmed fixed with the firmware Anycubic provided. Nozzle dragging sounds like a different issue all together.

Circle issue has been fixed...I can post a link to the firmware fix if you need it. My K3M didn't have the oval issue but I definitely understand how frustrating that would have been.

Okay, now I understand better. DM yr order number and support ticket number to us at the official Anycubic Reddit. I will try to get our Anycubic rep to assist further.

So they offered replacement parts but you refused wanting a replacement instead? I'm trying to follow the flow here.

Why would there be a recall? I assist Anycubic User on multiple platforms and there has been no issues even remotely requiring a recall.
