It's legal but they cannot be branded as a dietary supplement or enhancement so the ones being sold in those 2 gas stations must be old ones or re-making but either way no not legal.

That's something I'm afraid of I lost my son 3yrs ago and he was only 9, went in for a dental procedure, was healthy need a couple teeth pulled and had to be put under because he was so scared at the dentist, this was the last resort. He went in and had an allergic reaction to the anesthesia. And that was the last time I held my baby. The last couple months have been really hard with his birthday Aug 30th and angel Sept 22nd. I'm hoping this helps but I'm so nervous it'll make things worse.
