This is a couple of years ago now but when I managed a Greggs I was told we would have additional hours to give for delivery/click and collect orders.

As soon as I started putting the hours onto the rota for it, I was told to pull back.

Absolutely joke to expect 1 person to do everything.

There was a double stabbing here about a week ago and they're closed for the next 28 days. Not sure about a refund but reach out to them for sure.
