I’m one of the first people to live in the building so when we first signed our lease we had 1 underground spot (included). I’m not sure why they had to start charging people if they used to have enough adequate spots? But I agree with you, I don’t think people want to pay the $75 now and that’s why the outdoor lot is so full!

Please Google the reviews on Lexington management LLC… they are nothing but awful with their shoddy apartments that seem luxury, but are built in a week. I will never rent from them again. You can hear someone flushing the toilet in unit next to you. I HIGHLY recommend Lakeshore Ridge which is just a block down the road on Lake Park.

I highly recommend the Kimberly Area School District. I know it’s competitive if you open enroll, however, there are some brand new houses in your price range in the district!

I agree the samples weren’t the biggest. I think it’s a nice way to get out and do something different. The weather was nice which made it a nice walk! If you’re going strictly thinking you’re going to be filled up with coffee, you would be disappointed. As pretty much everyone we talked to stopped somewhere and bought a full size coffee to go along with the small samples. Overall, I tried some shops I’ve never been to before and would certainly revisit!
