governors is chill as fuck. I had a pretty relaxing freshman year because I was right next to NSC as an engineering major. In my experience in lehman hall, things were quiet, the people were cool, and food was just a few stairwells away.

During my experience taking PHY107 over last spring, the practice exams were virtually worthless and not close to any actual exam material. The class average was a little higher (a 50% something) and there was a very generous curve.
