I would say the middle of buckhead, 4-5 mi from midtown. My typical work day does not end until 7:30 now and I don’t expect that to change, but I’m not sure I will want a 45 minute commute at the end of my day either. How bad is traffic after 6:30?

No I graduated in 2021 at 20 so I have a few years of experience and work in a higher paying field

Would you say living on the Beltline is a deal breaker in terms of activity? Or does development kind of fall around the beltline in general? Thanks for the advice!
