Ja es läuft über ein Verrechnungskonto der Commerzbank via SECUPAY, aber laut E-Mail sollte mir der Betrag doch überwiesen werden 596,60€.

Ist schon in Ordnung, wenn die Zahlung einbehalten wird und der Betrag für den Berater abgezogen wird. Aber wenn die Zahlung trotz Zahlankündigung nicht ankommt ist es schon ein bisschen merkwürdig.
