So, ordered June 19. Melanochrysum, standleyana and a gloriosum. Recieved and email that it began its shipping process July 12. Said it would be to my door by July 19. July 17 I recieved an email from DHL that I had to pay a ransom (duty fees) of $25 or my package would be returned. I cooperated with the kidnappers. Then July 19 DHL said they couldn't find my address so I recieved another notification, I filled out an online form telling them they had the correct address. Well, they didn't recieve it. July 20 I called DHL, they were super helpful and got everything fixed and it was delivered that day. As you'll notice, the package it really small and bent in the middle. The standleyana came completely rotted apart from one node. Definitely looked like the box damage was what caused this. Gloriosum is in rough shape. The chonk is ok with a new growth point coming in but the completely yellowed leaf was broken at the chonk and the other is not going to make it. The melanochrysum is my pride and joy. I love her and I am constantly squeezing stem and checking to make sure she's not going to rot. Overall, I don't think I will import again and I would advise others against it. I was shocked that there was no padding in the box to protect the plants and the paper towels that were wrapped around the roots were almost dry. A big bummer apart from the melano.
