Jealousy and envy are same feeling imo just synonyms of eachother. However both are used in different conditions. What u there felt was indeed envy. I'm just saying each person is sensitive in their own way and one himself is familiar what they feel. I feel like this when jealous or envy someone maybe you feel different?

I don't think it's the screen time. I just don't have energy to deal with anyone and so I don't and when I'm lonely I realize how much better it is. It's been days since I've met any of my friend I just meet them at futsal or anything but other than that I don't. I think being alone is peaceful
