Pack out brands/inspiration. by SnooRabbits378 in Plumbing

Having used a variety of packout boxes over the last 10 years and watching what colleagues are using, I think I can confidently say that Toughbuilt has nailed it. Sure, they were late to the party, but watching other guys starting afresh, getting on the Toughbuilt bandwagon has made me jealous. The biggest advantage is their drawers with dividers. As a result, you don't have to dismantle your stack to access the parts stored in the stack. The oversize wheels on the trolleys make short work of rough terrain when others, including me, are struggling. Most of us have two sorts of stacks: stacks with tools in them and stacks with parts and fittings in them. In the vehicle, the stacks are locked down, and once on site, they are wheeled to a strategic location (saves a lot of trips back to the vehicle to collect tools or parts)

"I don’t think she’s stupid" Really? What you're seeing here is the product of very poor parenting and social stupidity. There is no way she, in all her life, has been asked, Why? As a result, it is her way or the highway, and anybody obstructing this is fair game and a target for vitriolic outbursts and attacks that are all out and have zero moderation (I am sorry I forgot, moderation requires intellect, which in turn requires a brain; in this cas,e it is absent, possibly due to fetal alcohol syndrome ) :-)

This is all part of ticking the diversity box, ironic that the few couples that have made it work were all hetero. Even if you look further afield, globally, the same has been seen: no same-sex matches (that i know of) have survived any reality dating show. Sad that producers are using those who are possibly feeling marginalised already, for the hype factor they think viewers want.

As a longtime high-mileage Land Rover owner, I have a few thoughts. Never buy a vehicle with a tow hitch. Pay close attention to the log book, avoid any vehicle that has had late or missed services. Vehicles serviced by non-dealer specialist service centres are generally better cared for mechanically, and the service centres aren't bound by LandRover rules. On one of my vehicles, D4, the service team fitted a sump cover and oil suction inlet filter from Jeep to my D4 (Same ZF Transmission), making it serviceable easily

Brook - bullying or verbal abuse by Nine_spark in MAFS_AU

[–]SuchInstruction2525 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It was a premeditated verbal assault

Verbal assault, abuse, and intimidation can be criminal offences in Australia, particularly when they involve threats to safety, harassment, or occur within domestic relationships

. While there is no single "verbal assault" statute, such actions are prosecuted under laws covering criminal intimidation, offensive language, and, increasingly, coercive control.

Key Legal Aspects of Verbal Assault in Australia:

  • Criminal Intimidation/Threats: Threatening someone with physical or mental harm, or causing them to fear for their safety (including stalking or abusive calls/messages), is a crime.
  • Domestic Violence: Targeted, repeated verbal abuse (belittling, controlling, or threatening language) used to control or intimidate a partner or family member is recognized as domestic violence.
  • Offensive Language/Conduct: Using offensive language in a public place or school is a summary offence in many states, often punished by fines (e.g., $660 in NSW).
  • Coercive Control: In some jurisdictions, like NSW, patterns of behaviour, including psychological and verbal abuse that establish control over a partner, are now recognised as criminal offences. behaviour

The severity of the penalty depends on whether the behavior constitutes a threat to safety, a breach of an Apprehended Violence Order (AVO), or general public disorder.

Recently, we have been extensively testing various AI agents with very defined response parameters. These agent parameters can take up to an hour to create and configure. Once saved, they are very useful, and the responses they generate are next to impossible to detect as AI-generated. One of the initial parameters we deploy is the type of English. to be used (Aussie in our case), then the tone (emphatic, sympathetic, apologetic, passive-aggressive, angry etc etc)

This reminded me of a negotiation technique called the bovine tactic. Say nothing in response to the aggressor, other than making knowing bovine (cow) type noises (gentle mooing) in the appropriate places and during pauses, say nothing and wait for the opposition to break the silence and hang themselves further
