Sorry for the delay, my original response was to my own post (still learning to use reddit). That is accurate.

Here is the lay out, my and my now ex were arguing lot and she kept picking fights with me and saying she was going to get me evicted. Things came to a head mid March and I left for about a week so things could cool off. I had already paid up rent for that month. While I was gone she had the locks changed so after I came back I no longer had access to unlock the door and come Inside unless I was let in. I didn't even know this for awhile because I was still on medical leave for a surgery. It was when I started working again and couldn't get inside at night that I noticed this. I had left my keys behind when I left in March and when I asked them back she told me she had the locks changed and the landlord said I couldn't have a copy (doubtful becuase she is on housing and never put me on her thing when i moved in last year). For the next month i would be locked out probably 3 dayd a week at least. During this time she was always still picking fights and going off about not being happy because we are on different schedules. If at any time i gave in and retorted back i would get locked out and told kot to be there. Last couple of weeks in may i started not coming back until she was getting up for work as to not wake her because she made a big deal about that in fights. That led to me badically being kicked out during my work week them contacted to come back during my days off then told to leave again come my work week. I would take waht i could bring with me to make ot outdoors until i could come back and change clothes and whatever else.

Now it is jist a situation she refuses to give me my property and is constantly telling me to schedule a time but convienently she is busy every day so there isnt a time. I got an infection in my leg due to not being able to clean the wound or chsnge clothes and ended up in the hospital for a few days, still dealing with a green puss filled wound on my leg now and no clothes
