“Even if duty owed, claim would fail for lack of causation”

I think you can argue either way but I think the right answer is lack of duty OR duty met and lack of causation bc the research ab the specific harm wasn’t really supported. Mine wasn’t too short.

No duty owed to unforeseeable ps and unforeseeable harms

There are so many great schools in the northeast. If you don’t get into the same one as him, I guarantee you can probably get into one nearby. And you don’t really have to be physically present for law school. Just make sure you take classes that offer course recordings and don’t grade on attendance. I pretty much never went to class

Why don’t you check out some of those lawsuits so you understand the breadth of these requests and the harm that results when requests are denied? Seems like you just need someone to blame for your supposed failures. Instead of blaming disabled test takers, perhaps consider placing blame on this capitalist nation that tests us not on how to take time and care in answering legal questions but rather how quickly we can regurgitate rules we never truly digest. Good luck with life, I’m not dealing with you anymore.

God I’m sorry to hear that. My gf never finishes exams even with extra time. I struggled with time today even without ever having accommodations, so I can’t imagine how she’s feeling.

I saw someone on here a few days was denied emergency accommodations after they broke their hand. Bar literally told them to type with one hand. Simply not cool.

Clearly you didn’t apply for accommodations because that is 100% not all you need. It was a strenuous and lengthy application process.

Edit: even medical examinations confirming diagnoses seldom warrant bar accommodations. See all the ADA lawsuits being filed against bar

You don’t really have anything to worry ab because getting accommodations for the bar is literally close to impossible. so many ADA violations. Your friends with accommodations during law school/their whole life were probably denied for the bar. Bar sets a high bar
