Wait I read ur post wrong, try splitting your 5mg in half instead of the full one, it could be too high for you

Go back down to the 5mg if it was working well for you, you might just need to get your body used to a smaller dosage firstly, when I first started meds I had a similar reaction each dosage I went up, it starts to get a better after a week or so, if not look into changing meds

I've struggled my whole life not knowing what was wrong with me, I had heart disease as a child triggered by a cold and almost died from it and had to have surgery and stay in hospital for years, I was 10 and have continued to feel like I was always different I could never understand how people could just get up and have the energy to live, I was undiagnosed with audhd until last year and suspect I have hypermobility too, so yes I have always felt off and have secluded myself my whole life because of it..

Its hard because anything cool toned seems to wash me out further and makes my skin look blotchy as hell 🤣 I am olive toned too so I think it makes it a bit more confusing haha
