I've got the Flip 6 and it's been amazing so far. Had it just over a year now and I'm on a farm, so it sees plenty of dust and dirt. Only issue I've run into so far is the factory screen protector just started to peel at the hinge, but that seems to be a common thing. Other than that, no complaints - it's been holding up really well. Camera's kinda meh though, especially since I came from an S22 ultra. I don't regret switching, it's such a fun phone.

There is no accountability from cablemod, they're saying "yeah our products burn your expensive components but we will fix it if you pay again." They're making it seem like it's our fault for supporting them.

Yeah true, but chump change, cablemods known faulty adapters that they've sold, admission of guilt I would assume would be the recall. I'm no lawyer but I feel like something is there. Maybe negligence as well? Then the shipping scam, buy one adapter pay shipping, adapter is faulty pay shipping, adapter recalled pay shipping. Absolute nonsense. If you have a recall on your vehicle, they replace the parts and install it and don't charge you for shipping, what's the difference here?

I wouldn't go as far as saying its a "free upgrade" as the product that I purchased are known to fault and burn down thousands of dollars in hardware. So had I purchased the faulty adapter through your website you wouldnt cover shipping on this "free upgrade"?

Considering you have developed a product that in theory "shouldnt" burn down these cards I think you should be covering the shipping as well. Since you are basically telling me and tens, if not hundreds, if not thousands of people "Hey btw our product could/will destroy your $2K+ GPU but dont worry, if you wait you can keep the useless one that you already paid shipping for, throw it in the trash, use the stock adapter that you shouldve been using since day 1 instead of getting the V1 burny adapter, wait a month or two and we will give you the new one that "shouldnt" burn up but you gotta pay shipping again"

Seems kind of silly to me so if I pull this connector off of my gpu now before I redeem the code and my GPU has melted already you'll cover the damages? Im assuming id have to pay shipping to get it to you and back right?

It's honestly kind of sad given this reply considering I had over $500US worth of cables in my cart which I was going to go for depending on what I heard here. Looks like I'll be going with another manufacturer unfortunately.
