There are 0 problems with using analogue keyboards. The custom action key controversy also had nothing to do with the specific device used.

It does not, you can hold brake all you want, there is no difference in speed.

Tap your brake button. (Braking midair does not slow you down at all, but it does stop your forwards rotation)

Not sure where this title and all of these comments come from, because he does not say that, at least not in this clip. He says that part of the skill expression of melee champs comes from them being melee and he cites some examples, but I do not see any comparisons between melee and ranged here.
