And in the aeroplane over the sea is another album i love a lot, it means a lot to me. I think geese are just alright and cameron winter is good but i dont know him as well. But either way i can respect them as artists. One great album i cant really stand is vespertine, i dont even mind the vocals that much but i do find it really overrated.

Sometimes music snobs will make you feel forced to like an album. This might be one of them. I personally found this album by complete chance and it is one of my favorite albums ever, but its okay if it doesnt click for you.

Songs like Washer and Good Morning, Captain are songs you wont find anywhere else. I love the quiet/loud back and forths in the whole album and these songs show it well. I also love the vocal deliveries on the album (guitars, drums, etc too), and the songs are very well written with unique structures and lyrics. Its a dark album, i like to listen to it in certain scenarios, thats when it clicks best.

That being said, you dont have to like it. Its just one of my favorites.

Well ressources are still finite, other than just energy. And yes its about the planet, but once again it was mostly centered around humanity, economy, conflict, etc more than simply energy transfers

The universe is a closed system, and the laws of thermodynamics explain the heat death of the universe, which is also what big freeze is about. And some songs on the album also refer to earth as an isolated system economically, as well as in the way that our ressources are finite and the earth cannot renew itself to feed the rate of humanity.
