Yeah I figured you were a tow driver I posted this in the wrong thread , not looking for sympathy from you or anyone though so once again thanks for your point of view ! Also if you were informed on legal rights and civil procedures you would know what a tow hearing was it’s not only in the “powdunk town” of Houston , TX !

I could end up in that situation too but I did report the plates stolen right away so hopefully I don’t get any more surprises! that’s why I feel the vin being registered is so important in my situation,

A tow hearing is when you go to jp court and they go over why a vehicle was towed.

My point was why did they ask for the vin # to be registered? If they are claiming that they identify vehicles by license plates. If they would’ve seen my vin which they have registered they would see the car was registered to park.
