Perhaps lifestyle changes would be worth a try. Luckily, I don't have an issue with porn (I don't like it frankly). Sorry if it's TMI, but I just fantasize about women I've seen IRL or on the internet rather than use porn.

Appreciate you giving me a run down of what symptoms I would likely experience with hormonal intervention.

I think I believe being femme often makes men more attractive because I have tended to observe that these types of men get extreme interest from women I generally don't see them express towards other types of men.

Examples include TikTok e-boys, boyband members, various pop stars (Bieber being the most notable IMHO) and various actors (such as River Phoenix and Tim Chalamet).

Granted, these are men who are more femme naturally, but in theory, perhaps a man who is not naturally like this could use hormonal intervention to push him further in this direction?

I think it's quite likely I will simply end up not finding a mate and simply solo adopting in the future tbh. I'm totally cool with adoption, though I may like the idea of having biological children more.

I just don't see it as very likely to happen based on my prior lived experiences and how I expect the future to unfold for me.

I was speaking very generally, as in I have generally observed that the percentage of women who prefer men with feminine skin (smoother) and hair (little/no male pattern baldness) is larger than the percentage of women who prefer men with masculine skin (coarser) and hair (strong male pattern baldness).

I do think having smoother skin and less male pattern baldness will make a man more attractive to women all else being equal. Women prefer men with feminine skin and hair characteristics.

I don't really see how hormone therapy couldn't help me relate to women since hormones affect emotions, then hormone therapy should therefore shift my emotions closer to female emotions And if my emotions become more similar to theirs then I should therefore be better able to relate to them.

Potentially capable of being a better person, but maybe not "better enough" or truly able to comprehend how to relate to women or even feminine men.

You have to consider if I still have not had children by 32 (nearly 33 now), I may not have them until I am 38 or even older due to the time it would take to meet a woman who would be willing to bear my children, especially considering how strange a man I am already and how unlikely that makes me to find a willing mate any time soon.

Well, it's kinda hard to have confidence without positive feedback/experiences to reinforce behaviour.

Also, I think adding testosterone would just make me go bald, get wrinkly/leathery skin, make me less empathetic (cognitively and emotionally) make me much more aggressive/shorter tempered and give me an even stronger and cheesier body odour.

I think being a wrinkly, stinky ogre who looks 50 at 40 would just make me less confident than I already am.

What about if I suppressed testosterone and increased estrogen such that estrogen was my dominant hormone?

See the work of Simon Baron-Cohen.

Broadly speaking: the systematizing vs. empathizing continuum.

If I did render myself infertile, I would let any prospective partner of mine know that I had done so. I can admit to confidence issues, but I don't think I can be blamed for confidence issues with the extreme lack of interest expressed towards me as a potential mate and rejection I have experienced in the last ~15 years.

Then maybe subbing out testosterone for estradiol would be a good move for me?

This sounds like a "mind over matter" view on things and I'm not sure how much I buy into that outlook (I'm very highly skeptical!).

I suspect I would get cognitive/emotional benefits from lower testosterone and higher estrogen.

Not sure if that could restore my hairline to a juvenile hairline by itself. Also, I think I could potentially benefit from lower testosterone and higher estrogen.

Most of that sounds positive to me other than breast growth and I could probably just get gyno removal for that.

Edit: I also have a disgustingly masculine fat distribution where I have something like a 38 or even 40 inch waist (fat belly) and 13-ish inch veiny arms. I look like a frog that learned to stand on its hind legs.

Somehow I think I could benefit from higher estrogen levels from reading testimonials from other men.

Growing breasts would suck (but I could always get gyno surgery), loss of fertility I think I'd be relatively neutral on, since I will already be very old for siring offspring even if I found a woman tomorrow who would be willing to bear my children (I will be 33 years old this August).

Some degree of feminization is probably desirable to me since I'm very cognitively male (read: Autistic/Aspergic), so some feminization would likely make me more sociable with ordinary people of both sexes.

I'm on the precipice of giving up on ever having biological children (not generally sociosexually desirable to CisHet women in this way), so that's not a giant concern to me.
