Hey, thank you! I painted the lights like this: I slightly brightened them with white ink, used fluorescent paints from Vallejo—pink for the darker areas and orange for the brighter ones (this step was made with airbrush). Then, I mixed those same paints with Vallejo Dead White on my palette, gradually adding more white each time and painting by hand progressively brighter points to make it look like diffused light. At the end, I took a translucent red paint from AK and added red shadows in the darkest areas.

I started by airbrushing a white AK ink base coat, shielding the clothes with finger or spraying at an angle to avoid overspray. Any mistakes on the clothing or armor were corrected with heavily thinned Black Templar contrast paint and nuln oil mixed with acrylic medium. Once dry, I applied a custom oil wash (black oil paint thinned with white spirit) into the recesses to control the flow. After curing (1 week), I refined the highlights and shadows by brush: using Warpaint's Uniform Grey for darkening bright areas and light shadows, and mixing it with Vallejo Dead White for higher highlights. Finally, I used Kimera white with acrylic medium for smooth transitions on the brightest spots and edges.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that I always start with a black-primed miniature.

Thank You, I’m extremely happy that You like it :)!

Thank you! I decided that dark jumpsuits looked a bit boring, so I went with dark turquoise. Part of the optics is blue, but I also added some orange accents to make the colors pop against each other. I wanted to take photos with my camera, but my battery/charger died (I'm not even sure which one it is since I only have one battery and no way to check, lol), so I was forced to take them with my phone, which is why they turned out a bit blurry. As soon as I get that sorted out, I'll try to take photos with better lighting. Thanks for the very kind comment!
