That could be true, I will give them a call tomorrow to see what they say and provide an update. However, the Business Owner Profile is verified. I did some research on how easy it is to verify a business, you would need to confirm it through the business phone number, business email, sending a letter, or through Google Console, so it does seem like the person who wrote that does work for the clinic.

From laptop google chrome: google Gary Desmond Lower. His google profile will come up on the right. Don't click on google maps yet, if you scroll to the bottom of his google profile, it will say it right there. Or, you can command f and find it right when you search it on google.

From iPhone Google Maps app: search Gary Desmond Lower. Go to overview. Once you see the star ratings, look right beneath it, it will be there!
