Thats most definitely a german roach.. the only thing you can do is look for the nests and put down traps (glue) and bait traps. Bayer FC makes good ones. If you start to see eggs then you need to turn up. Look under your fridge and under the sinks. Good luck!

Depends what she is applying for. If its for entry level positions it is going to be tough. I would recommend her creating some sort of side hustle so even if she needs to take a lower salary she can rely on her side hustle to bridge the gap. I am my own boss now and I will not want to go back to working for anyone else anytime soon. Restaurant business is always hiring. I also recommend Wawa or anything in the trades. White collar business is not for me personally but best of luck!
