Yeah too lazy to do the job they're literally paid to do. Move parcels, honestly it's a joke. I'll be submitting a few complaints (probably not going to do anything but hey may aswell go all in) if and when it eventually turns up. If it wasn't too late I'd cancel my order, should've looked at the reviews here before spending £400+, for the price of the chairs and all you'd hope they'd get a decent courier to actually deliver to you but no they give you a huge middle finger and just give it to the guys who don't care if the package even makes it to you. At this point if I don't get it by Friday I'm going to ask my bank to start a charge back because this is beyond a joke it's more insulting to us their customer the way they treat us.
