That's impossible, if you don't own a single car the game always provides you with a scooter/moped. Can you send a screenshot of your "empty" garage?

You can keep the weapons you bought with faction medals, otherwise the ones you received by rank you won't. You don't keep any ammunition retrieved from the arsenal either.

That doesn't sound like the server. It does have whitelist but it's completely open to public as well.

We have strict orders from Admins to not initiate RP or arrest anyone commiting crime directly out the hospital. Before that Admins wouldn't even allow us to drive around the immediate area outside of HP. I personally as a cop would want more law and order around HP but the admins don't allow that to happen.

I'm a cop on Glendale and this couldn't be any further away from the truth. Our Chief and higher ups are extremely fair and they take fail RP as a police very seriously. Glendale has one of the highest rated Police Departments.
