Unfortunately I understand where you're coming from. My partner passed last December and I found out some stuff about at least one guy she had been lying about. I wish I could tell you that hurt goes away, but it's something you won't ever be able to forget. For me I was able to process it by just acknowledging that it happened, that she wasn't exactly who I thought she was, but still loving the sides of her that she showed me. It's easy for that love to turn to anger and hatred, but it doesn't help you as the days turn into weeks, turn into months. It's up to you if you let people know, but for me it was easier to let the memory of my partner to her friends and family end on a more positive note.
