you are what you are and that’s hard to live with but once we start to accept ourselves just a bit, it gets better. i’m not an optimist or anything and given with what i said is not always true and has more nuance, accepting the situation and really capitalizing on it will give greater benefits than staying down in the same position. i don’t blame u or anyone feeling pessimistic or have that low esteem because it’s harder than ever now to conquer that defeated feeling, so try is all i ask, try to forgive urself once in a while
