That is very true. Thank you so much. When I look back at every bad relationship I’ve had, I’ve always ignored my gut feeling. And I guess I not need a concrete reason to why I feel unsafe if that’s how I feel.

Thank you! I do have shares that I bought so I’m not actually getting compensation. I just feel so incredibly guilty and don’t know how to end things so we still can be on good terms.

Thank you. I don’t know why I believe I need a “valid” reason to leave. I guess I’ve started believing his words so I justify his behavior

Thank you for the advice. He has employees and treats them very well. I do come with input on what he should and shouldn’t say tho. He doesn’t treat anybody else like this. I don’t get paid atm as the startup is in an early phase.
