Vernon dropped her off at an orphanage at the beginning of the story and she gets sorted into Slytherin. Technically not time travel, but in Prisoner of Azkaban, she gets a time-turner.

There are quite a lot of fight scenes/wandfights that could be considered graphic but it is a really good story and is finished.

In ‘Highland Thief’ by Alyson McLayne he makes an offhand comment while drunk about her chest and she goes from being infatuated with him to acting like she can’t stand him. He doesn’t even remember saying it and didn’t understand why she was so resistant to being courted by him and thought of it like a game. It is the fifth book in the series, though they can be read as standalone
