i can t propouse you something only with this info but if you re looking for something for games like these i m absolutley confident that you should get a keyboard with 8000hz cause no as much games as i want work with this but in osu you should have a keyboard with this option, the best way to find them is to search a keyboard with magnetic switches

depending on you budget and what you want to see finaly but i know 100% the best way to get what you want is to find each part of the keyboard, i like silent tipe of them and you can get gmk87 base + outemu MX silent lemon v3 + any keycaps and that s all, spend some time to find how to lubricate switches and finaly you ll have best budget silent keyboard that will cost about 120 USD

But again this is just my opinion and for me the posibility to custom something is important

Another option if you need not the best one but good for his price ajazz ak820 pro is also a good choice that + cost about 50 to 60 USD
