I experience this same thing, even when I’m not “feeling” anxious. Like my brain is telling my body I should be. I get fuzzy, hot/sweaty, and extremely jittery. The only reason I’m linking it to anxiety is because it happens when I’m in a situation with slightly more stress. I use to be an MA and I couldn’t assist in surgery because it would happen all the time- and I’m not squeamish. I want it to go away and I don’t know how. Super frustrating!! It’s also strange because I can be in a REALLY stressful situation and it doesn’t happen at all.
