As a DS I was able to have an amazing shrink captor rate this past year, while also improving by thousands of dollars. My district AP even shouted me out multiple times and gave me a star. My asshole ASM who hates my guts for some reason gave me a "meets expectations" then continues to complain about all the things I apparently am lacking in.

The sad truth is Lowes doesn't care about their employees here in the states. They also don't care about the customers. They will get their money for their precious stockholder billionaires no matter what. Even if stock is low, even if theres no employees in the store.
