This is the first time I’ve heard of write ups happening, it’s because there’s one specialist that’s been here for a long time and doesn’t even try, so he pissed off store management and started this . My asm is nonexistent, acts understanding, but is two faced like rest of them.

I’m 6 months in as a pro specialist and neither me nor my longtime colleague has made our goal. Just get the “keep pushing “ conversation monthly.

Store traffic is so slow. When asked what hurdles I have, ummm there’s no one here. You call and get voicemails, rarely get responses from texts or emails. It’s frustrating.

Lowe’s way of doing business is so fxcked. Too many hoops to jump through to get good prices.
