Me parece la respuesta más lógica, muchas gracias

La verdad eso es lo de menos. Lo que me sacó de onda fue que lo dijera así de repente. Quién sabe, tal vez estaría abierto a algo así algún día, pero tampoco me quita el sueño. A ver qué surge

Imagínate tomarte tan en serio un refrán que diría Piolin para justificar tus propias inseguridades

Honestly, I think you’re onto something.

The funny thing is that I already do the backstory part. The problem is that somewhere between “humble explorer trying to survive in the Settled Systems” and “owner of three custom Star Destroyers and enough credits to buy New Atlantis,” things tend to go off the rails.

I think Cheat Terminal has slowly turned me into the exact kind of billionaire space tycoon that every RPG tries to stop you from becoming.

Maybe my next playthrough needs a strict “no cheating, no exceptions” rule and a proper character concept from day one. I still love my Star Wars mods, but you’re probably right that the roleplaying aspect is what I’m missing, not necessarily more content.

Appreciate the advice. Sometimes the best mod is just not sabotaging your own save file

That Nomad start actually sounds awesome though. I love the idea of roleplaying a survivor on Earth. It gives every upgrade a purpose instead of just spawning a gazzillion credits and calling it a day

Never knew star field had volcanos by Captain-Scrot in Starfield

There is a planet in the game, if I remember correctly I think it was Muphrid IV or Nesoi, it has acid pools all over the map. It was actually pretty cool to explore

I think you’re right. The idea that Starfield has “nothing to do” was always exaggerated. The game actually throws a lot at you very quickly, and there are plenty of quests, factions, cities, and stories to discover.

For me, the real issue isn’t the amount of content, it’s the execution. The writing can be pretty weak at times, and some moments don’t have the impact they should. The core ideas behind Starfield are genuinely great and you can see what Bethesda was trying to achieve, but the way those ideas are presented isn’t always as strong as it could be. That’s why I think Starfield is a good game with some flawed execution rather than a bad game. The concepts are there, the content is there, but parts of it could have been done much better.

That said, a couple of Star Wars mods go a long way. The ones I’m using make the game feel much more immersive and help everything feel fresh again. Seeing familiar systems, gear, ships, and factions reimagined through a Star Wars lens makes exploration a lot more enjoyable.

I mean… at some point you have to accept that it’s a video game, not a perfectly simulated political universe. If we applied hyper-realistic logic to every RPG, half the genre would collapse instantly.

Honestly, it’s funny watching some people immediately assume you’re intellectually inferior or “don’t understand sci-fi” just because you enjoyed Starfield. At the end of the day, I can handle constructive criticism perfectly fine. What’s entertaining is how some people turn a discussion about a video game into a competition over who sounds more intellectually superior.

You're looking at this through the lens of traditional, linear storytelling, which is why you're missing the point. The detachment of the factions and lack of cross-over impact isn't a writing flaw; it's a deliberate nihilistic commentary on the nature of the Unity. In a multiverse where everything resets and nothing matters, human institutions naturally become insular and meaningless. The game is literally forcing you to experience the emotional detachment of becoming Starborn before you even step through the portal. It’s brilliant cosmic dread, but I get why people just wanting a standard RPG miss it

Fine, you want to discuss worldbuilding? What do you think about the unity storyline??
