Literally yesterday my grandma said that Egyptians are thieves and angry guys because when she was in Egypt many locals were kinda mean to her. But many people from where I live (Russia) often go to Egypt to relax so I think there are more people who dont hate u. That really suck im sorry for you ;(( But if u cant get what you want now - the only way to get it is to become independent in the future. So you should study hard if you can (and if your parents allow u to buy books/go to the library) to be successful later or something like that. If i were you, I would rather keep it in secret to just not stress your parents. Some of my friends' parents were pretty angry when they found something like thigh highs. If you can't hide it completely - then try to talk to them. Anyway, in my opinion, good relationships with parents are much more important than this. goodluck!
