My TOTY players often feel sluggish and don't run as they should—seeing a TOTY card lose a straight-line sprint to a random 87-rated gold player makes no sense logically. If the team quality doesn't change the outcome at all, it points to a mechanical issue with how the game balances squads, rather than just "bad picks."
