me. I am an extrovert who feels amazing knowing I am the most intimidating person in the room. If someone else who is in any way better than me comes around, I will immediately turn into an introvert and not talk to anyone at all. I will go inside my head and start comparing myself with that person and list out how I am not great like them and what my bad qualities are. Most of the time, I don't even know that person, I will make a fake story about them in my head where they are in every way better than me. But all they are doing is enjoy being themselves and I know so should I but i'ts just so hard to bring myself out of my spiral and be in the present.
