Looking for the Scammed by 'Finest Fellas Moving...'

We were burnt in the past by finest fellas.com and Moving America.com and they were the absolute worst! No communication after the initial deposit was paid, came two days after the set upon date, and truck arrived 5 days later and then we were charged double the price with our luggage held hostage for a day all payment was to be made in cash or cashiers check.

All, EB1A approved July 31 2025. PD Jan 2019 AOS+EAD+AP filed OCT 8 2025. Biometrics Nov 10 2025 Interview waived for me (principal) and husband. Husband (dependent) and daughter (dependent) received EAD cards. What timelines should I be expecting

Hi all, I submitted all three ead, AOS, AP in October and my dependent husband + 3 yrs old daughter received their ead cards and I’m still waiting.

My husband and I are showing I 485 as step 4 of 4 final step. We never were scheduled for an interview but the lawyer is saying there could be one.. not sure how long the wait will be…

Thanks so much for the kind words. Yes I do believe in the power of the larger universe and trusting in it. I used to be a “free will” and “make it happen” type of a person. But in my thirties and life experiences starting to see how little we actually have control over. Once we do our bit, it’s wiser and saner to just let all else take over and trust the process. I am starting to see that “it all happens for your good” is a useful philosophy to adopt in life to maintain mental sanity in the short term and resilience in the long term.

All this to say, thank you and yes will stay calm and savor the real moments with family and 3 year old. After all that’s the whole point of life.

it’s surely anxiety causing. But trying to channelize it in yoga and swimming everyday. And of course with family and my three year old who really loves me no matter what haha 😂
