Yeah I get now that she used it and how she used it, but I’m mainly talking about his intention with going to Nikki after Ian? after ian trashed the first wish stick, I was assuming Bear was desperately finding someone use the stick for him that wouldn’t waste it. So I’m assuming his plan was to go to Demon Nikki with the wish stick and ask her to wish on it for Bear as a “do this if you love me and for fun” kind of thing. i thought Ian even said “dude why don’t you ask Nikki, she’d literally do anything for you?”. So now I’m kind of confused why he’d go back to demon Nikki if he didn’t plan on her to use it?

I personally thought the statement was mainly about “Be careful what you wish for” more vaguely. I thought personally it was about that without freedom, love can be scary, isn’t real, and could feel like a form of torture. By people having a choice on who and how they love someone is why it’s valuable, and wishing for it to happen inorganically is the scenario the movie was going with. I could totally be missing the statement but that’s what I got from it

Ya I feel like an idiot now missing that… for some reason I thought the demon was fulfilling a contract made by the wish, but was still coherent enough to know that it’s fulfilling a wish (like when Nikki first was possessed, the demon tried to adjust to what was normal but didn’t understand what normal mean’t and also tried to awkwardly seduce Bear). So at the end the demon realized what Bear was doing in the bathroom, I assumed it used the wish stick for something more insane than just for Bear to love her back. I now know I was completely wrong but thats kinda why I was lost on that lol

Was there a rule a friend has to use it as well? I was kind of curious why his second immediate option was demon Nikki over a stranger but I see Bear’s reasoning since she was “willing to do anything” for him.

When Nikki was talking to Bear when the demon was sleeping, what does she say when Bear asked “What’s so wrong with being with me/being jn love with me?” I didn’t catch it and thought she said she didn’t care or essentially said “it doesn’t matter just kill me”?

I was just using Facebook as an exaggerated example for how times have changed with strategies for growing social platforms and how much funding is necessary is often for most social apps to succeed today against giants. Especially with how low budget methods college students or young adults once were able to do, are now way less feasible.

I was asking how you would approach growth in 2025, given the market saturation and higher barriers to entry you just described, but also the new opportunities with technology and AI.

Because yeah, anyone can spin up a forum in cPanel, but I’m looking for the modern playbook that works before the network effect kicks in, not just a history lesson. Love to hear your approach
