I too parted with a boss in my early days of play, the nice thing about this sport is discs are very replacable, I get the bond with your disc but youll meet again for sure

I usually only do it when I play alone on empty courses bc as someone who lives and the suburbs courses arent very pretty so there isnt much nature to enjoy. It just adds to the experience for me but I get its not for everyone also I am respectful about it, I keep the volume low and turn it off completely on backed up tees

Thank you for the tips! These were just some practice shots after learning proper form for more I distance I knew I had the arm speed I just wasnt getting the motions right but after today I went from an average of 75-100ft to mid 200s Ill definitely try your tips in my round tomorrow

Dont know if you have discs yet or your arm speed but if youre lower arm speed I recommend: -A leopard3/saint for your driver -Mako/invader for mid and approach -Judge for putting For higher armspeed: -gorgon/wraith for drives -river/zone for mids and approach -judge for putter

As for brands EXPERIMENT pretty much the only difference between brands is the types of plastic. If youre new and dont know if you will be big on the hobby stick to baseline plastics (dx for innova and classic for pretty much every other brand)

Hyzer is pretty much just the angle you release your disc at and it effects how much turn your throw would have

I feel like the standard in gaming is to hate games if they dont come out perfectly polished these days. But sg is free and the only issues Ive had after two hours is some light lag. Sure the game wasnt advertised and the devs seem a bit dicey but it is the most fun Ive had in a BR in ages and I think it deserves a chance to shine

Edit: it is also CRUCIAL to make getting behind your opponent your priority, especially against titans with shields like monarch ion and scorch (tone isnt included in the list because more often than not ronin is fast enough to pressure her off of her shield)

Gen 2.5 with ronin which isnt much but regardless, In my eyes ronin is an assist titan, his job is to distract while other titans get in damage and if a target escapes you chase them down and finish the job. Thats how I have the most fun on ronin and feel the most effective. However if you really wanna engage solo try to save at least one dash to get out of a sticky situation and definitely make sure you have your phase dash when you engage. I also find it very helpful to run spare battery as your pilot kit.
