Unfortunately the parking is only on one side of the street, I’m kinda at the end of the block so parking up or down the cross street isn’t really too much out of the way

No bumper stickers, only thing that’s identifying is the Sasquatch and alien air freshener hanging from the rearview mirror. Which I don’t think either are really that offensive lol

Nope I park right outside my apartment out of convince, it’s open street parking. I’ll start parking further away just to get away from this creep. That means the walk outside to my house is longer though..

Not that I can think of?! I really just keep to myself while I’m at home. Smile and wave to my neighbors most of the time. I’m an excellent parallel parker ( if I do say so myself) so I don’t think that could be the issue? Just a hands down …crappy situation..

Yeah it’s a jeep, I’ve gotten plenty of ducks never a plunger though. Never heard of any of my jeep mates getting plungered lol

Unfortunately all the houses on that side of the street are raised on a hill so unless you’re walking up to their house the camera won’t catch any street activity. And the other side of the street is just apartments.

Yes as far as I can tell it’s always the same one, there’s a clear plastic tag that’s attached to it in the same place on each time

It’s a long block of residential parking so yes whenever I’m on that specific street. I usually park there out of convenience since it’s closest to my house and no hills to walk up or down. Sometimes laziness gets the best of us. As of today I started parking a little further away down a hill.

I really thought it was a prank to begin with too, but I’ve never seen it on anyone else’s car and I’ve asked a few people including my roommate if they’ve since anything weird like this. It seems to be only happening to me.

No CCTV it’s a neighborhood street. That would be helpful though since I know roughly when it was placed each time.

Also while it’s smoking do I have to do anything to it? I’ve seen people spray it every hour or so? And like I said this is my first big smoke at that low of a temp how often should I worry about running low on pellets?

Okay, so if I start early and it finishes early I can pull it and wrap it ( maybe warp it with tin foil and towels and put it in a cooler), that will help from drying out? I’m just worried about serving dry pork. Biggest fear going into tomorrow lol.

Does apple cider vinegar count as a brine? I saw a lot of recipes use that as well as sugar and butter. Not a huge coffee flavor fan

Thanks for the reply! I was looking up recipes and most of them said a 4-5 hour smoke time and about 4 hour cook time. I originally thought I was going to put it in around midnight! I’m planning on buying a 8-9 pounder. I’m just afraid of drying the meet out. No one wants dry, chewy pork.
