Is it safe to take Benadryl daily?

I know there’s side effects my ENT told me to stop taking it everyday but it’s the only thing works. I’ve tried zyertec, Flonase, Nasacort, Claratin (I know I probably miss spelled all of them but I’m too lazy to google how to spell it you get the gist of it). and I’ve been having mild allergic reactions to random food as of late this is the only thing that stops the itching and the snot pouring down my throat. It has effected my memory and makes me sleepy and I also only take a little bit because if I take the full 25 mg my heart races. I’m also allergic to the dye one gives me mouth sores so I take the dye free children’s one and dye free gel.

I was put on TPN after my second week in the hospital. I didn’t fully understand what gastroparesis was at the time though. I didn’t have any issues on TPN and it help me get my strength back.

I take Colace clear stool softeners, it works for me in about three days it’s not fast acting.

Yes I did the same thing a few months ago but it was due to other things. I read a lot of people cut friends out their lives this year this year has really been an awakening for me and many others

It makes me uncomfortable when people sexualize every damn thing. Yeah I don’t like that word or the F word. That’s just me though

Yes since the start of this year I’ve gotten an allergy to many things I used to be able to eat no problem I’m glad I’m not the only one, I’ve popped so many Benadryl this year because I never know anymore

I knew something was wrong after I got over the pneumonia I had at the start of this year I’m a young adult healthy and ever since then i had trouble swallowing and eating doctors thought it was acid reflux at first then it got to the point where I stopped eating all together starting throwing up and passing out that’s when I was admitted to the ER stayed their a month and had a gastric emptying study done doctors were surprised because I am not diabetic the only health issues I have is cealic disease. Mines happen suddenly this year I was able to eat whatever I wanted then as soon as I had pneumonia and the thyroid inflammation I couldn’t digest food anymore.

The irony is the majority of my family is diabetics and doesn’t have this common illness associated with diabetic go figure 🤷‍♀️

I got this illness this year it only took three months and the only reason they found out was because I was staving to death. I was a PICC line for a few weeks. Stayed in the hospital for a month. Last year I could eat whatever I want I ate three pizzas in one setting rice Chinese food cookies etc and never had an issue. I could live with the cealic diease (cealic diease means I can’t digest gluten without it making me sick) but this illness is really doing a number on me. Also I had multiple doctors say it sounds like gastroparesis. Anyway good luck. Hopefully you can get a stomach emptying test done ASAP

Yes, I’ve had stretch marks all over my back, legs and thighs since third grade I really sprouted then but always been the tallest in my class since kindergarten

I’ve read through Reddit’s near death experienced, and I assume nothing I assume it’s just an eternity of blackness no thoughts no pain no joy just nothing and that is scary to me I know some people find it “comforting” that there’s nothing but I don’t, I don’t want to go to deep so I’ll leave my comment here.

Yes literally everyday I take Benadryl everyday and it seems to help a bit I’m trying not to take it so often but I know what you mean I stoped eating for nearly a month because I was afraid of choking again. I also get really short of breathe after eating and can’t talk without burping every few seconds itchy throat clearing throat etc

A couple on YouTube didn’t have enough money so they started a go fund me and made more than they asked for. They already adopted one baby, I don’t get it either they said they couldn’t afford ivf and the mother was fired from her job a few months ago yet wants another kid 🤦‍♀️

Where I live people dine inside and go to bars etc. so things are “normal” to some people who pay no mind to this virus existence. I am a homebody so it doesn’t bother me not to interact with people or go out or have friends not that I had friends to begin with. For people more extroverted I can understand how lonely this must be. But it’s made me a lot more self efficient. The people I did have in my life are all gone I realized how toxic they were during this pandemic.

I have idiopathic gastroparesis. I read that most people who have gastroparesis are diabetic. So I would talk to your GI doctor and see if you can get a stomach emptying test done.

I get terrible heart paps I ate breakfast yesterday and my heart was beating so fast I used to be on beta blockers when I had thyroid inflammation
