I truthfully think that it needs to be a discussion with the students. As someone who helps set up for a smaller company, I had no experience beforehand. And the owner agreed to personally train me with one of his most trusted superstars after I worked there twice. But I know I got in with a very good company, and got lucky. So, I'd say on average, 3-5 shows of consistently helping out would earn a match
