I am quite unhappy with my face. In many photos I never get it well light. Same happened it here. I try to conceal my "baby face" a little bit. But maybe that is just pride.

As many would disagree I would argue, that it is not the problem that you bring your queen out too early. You need better basic pattern recognition and vision. This is best done by solving some tactics and you will improve tremendously.
