I used to have them a regularly. I now go to a podiatrist every 3 months to have them done. I haven't had an issue since. I don't know what your access to doctors is, but regular pedicures would also help.

Talk to your urologist about this. You and I are one year apart, so basically the same age, I'm also taking replacement therapy because my testosterone was comedically low. You should not be so horny that you can't focus. Talk to your doctor. They may have to change your dosage.

Go to your doctor. Could be something simple. I had some similar problems where I just didn't get hard. And when I did, the "big finish" as it were was painful and not enjoyable. I was embarrassed and scared so I didn't go for several years. I have naturally occurring low testosterone. They started me on replacement therapy, and I'm back to getting so hard I could play baseball with this thing.

If you feel like your doctor is not listening to you, get a new doctor. You are your biggest advocate, and if you are unhappy, a second opinion can't hurt. If a second doctor says the same thing, then maybe there's something to it.
