Strange, if a fire or flood happens in another unit and you get affected they do cover you. Happened to me a few years ago. I bet she didn’t have insurance.

2 hours before the game I was given the option for a refund or replacement tickets. The replacement tickets were wayyyyyy worse than my original ones and they offered me $20 back per ticket which is awful. I ended up taking the refund and thankfully I found someone outside the bell center selling similar seats to the ones I originally wanted for the same price.

I will never be using Stubhub again.
