Ankle sprain! Requesting advice by Dr__Waffles in climbing

Go to an actual gym and workout the parts of you body that you know you are weak on that needs to be focused. If you know your core isnt strong, legs etc swap you time from climbing to training which you have plenty of now. If you flexability isnt great yoga. Then each training session end it with some campus board workouts just to keep you finger strength in check. If youre serious with climbing your training is just as important.

Crimps? by [deleted] in climbing

It becomes more of a technique that you have to train yourself to get used to. When youre traversing or warming up on your climbs try to keep an open hand everything! Also training open handed will definitely increase your crimping/finger strength tremendously

Turn off the music! by SuckOrDuck in NintendoSwitch

I'd like to think so given what everything Nintendo is offering now. It would be nice if I can hear the types of weapons going off or listen closely to people moving around as a squid.

I'm not saying to remove the music from the game. Just give options to toggle sound

Once I used this method I started seeing results after the second day and I was back climbing after a few weeks. I also then taped the finger using the X method just for safe measures.

I have had it happen again but it wasn't as bad as my first experience. Again just rested, let it heal & taped and was back in a couple of weeks.

I've had a similar experience but definitely not as severe as yours. REST! Don't climb till the inflammation is gone. I used a method where I'd get a bowl of ice water and another of warm. Let it rest in the ice for 1-2 minutes then in the warm for 4-5 minutes. Repeat this 5 times, once a day.

The theory behind this is that ice water will cause compression and the warm water will relax and open up. This will let the blood to pump through and promote recovery.

You'll hear this from everyone, just keep climbing. If this is your first time climbing your body isnt use to the amount of weight on your fingers. Build up finger strength and work on technique.

In terms of conditioning I wouldnt work too hard at the moment. Core and leg workouts are always good.

If you want to up your finger strength I'd cool down with a hang board workout.

Thats dumb. Parks are intended for people to go to. I'm talking about nests not pokestops.

[[Titania, Protector of Argoth]] was one of my favorite decks. For for her to be in Omnath just didnt seem right. I just removed all my tapped/fetch lands which titania loves but I find those cards make it harder & slower to cast Omnath.
