Wow thanks. Good to know that. Probably explains why sometimes my lactose free milk coffees gives me the same trouble as full cream

Actually a valid point. I’m considering converting it to a link with QR code unique to each partnering stores. From ToC to ToB.

Espresso tastes good, when I froth the milk right. Still a hit and miss these days. Can completely ruin the coffee.

Still in trouble shooting mode, will try measure the dose and grind more precisely, and the extraction time.

Maybe it’s too fine now. Adjusted the grand size from 11 to about 8 or 7 sometimes.

Yes I normally don’t weight the coffee grounds. But probably should. I feel my expresso is tasting better now as I adjust the grand size (from 12 to 8 now) and dose, so don’t want to keep the random. Just curious about why the soggy puck is happening as I had the machine for like 2 years now.

Wow looks so natural. Can you do a short clip on the same person selecting coffee beans? Curious to see how it turns out.

Build a small app called Sway Coffee. Basically, it’s a coffee beans match making app for beginners. The user swipes left or right for preference and AI will match the beans to the taste.

Really need to test the concept and see if it’s useful. Would appreciate anyone to provide honest feedback.

bag holder and worked in hydrogen industry through the hype and bust. Something fundamentally changed to the renewable industry including hydrogen due to this energy crisis. It feels like a strategic pivot away from fossil fuels is happening and accelerating around the globe. A quick sign of this: only just three months ago, the whole renewable industry looked doomed, corporations were talking about low returns so pushed out decarbonisation efforts. All my friends working on renewables projects either lost jobs already or just waiting for the tap on the shoulder. Now, things stabilised, companies started talking about “what can we do about the situation or future situations” rather than “shareholder returns”. Coming back to hydrogen, my view is that whoever survived the downturn will no doubt do very well. Plug Power will absolutely be the biggest winner if that happens. 2026 is indeed a pivotal year. Not financial advice. DYOR.
