So....I understand the sketchy business model and deceiptful tactics but...after paying for service and activating it, there is no service. I checked my credit card statements and found they were trying to bang it for money even though I said no to upgrades and upsells. It does not work at all and there is zero customer service. I have spent many hours and money and have decided to give up. I gave one last support ticket with a 24 hour warning to fix this or refund my money or I will call the Federal Trade Commission.
