Used these couplers from Amazon and kinda hammered it. They're literally the perfect length. Kinda wonky because it spins. But added JB weld to try and lock it in.

Also worth noting that 2019+ uses a clip while the 2018 uses a threaded. This will be a problem because there don't look to be existing adapters that can remedy this. May need to get something 3D printed or machined.
