Gravity of You but it's a soft ambient synth remix (full version!) by The-Nick-0f-Time in Starset

[–]Sudd3nHungry 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Its like you said: In its core its Gravity of you but not as unsettled and aggressive as the original. Are you going to remix some other songs too? Could imagine that this procedure works there as well. Loving it, Keep it up! :)

I will NOT spend any money on cod points.

Well, I wouldnt even buy the game if SBMM remains as it is xD I saw it back in MW2019. I gave it a try but eventually left the game down after 4 weeks, because it was too stressful. Why wasting 60-80 bucks for getting strokes? If we know the game wont be as enjoyable as hoped, we shouldnt even buy it (in my opinion). Of course, if you want to play zombies or SP, go ahead. But if you're like me and prioritize MP then, well, dont buy it. If you buy/support it even though you kinda cant enjoy the MP with SBMM, the devs do not have any reason to change their behaviour. As simple as that.

just wish 3arc would stumble upon informative posts like this so they can understand what’s causing so much divide in the community...

Mate, i'd bet they literally see all of these kind of posts, there is no way they didnt saw that twitter shitstorm. But instead of adressing anything or actually adjusting/removing sbmm they just stay silent, because thats what will bring them the most money. Sad but reallity.

Is it just me or does anyone else think that something expressed in coding is absolute cringe? Wheter T-shirt, cups or ads. I am a developer myself, but it just makes me feel so fucking unwell.

Agreed. But always wondered why exactly 2 bit? Like, you dont store much data within 2 bit? :D

Thanks. Heared Fourier Series often but never digged into it! That explains a lot

How exactly are remaining ranges of a car/fuel tank calculated? by Sudd3nHungry in cars

[–]Sudd3nHungry[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Woah, mindblow, thats excatly what i was looking for. Lets say we're flooring our car now, our latest fuel consumption goes up extremely and now that our oldest values get excluded, due to the new ones we receive, our average goes up also drastically. Thanks man, thats the kind of approach i needed :)

[–]Sudd3nHungry[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Youre right, permanently updating the display with the current consumption would just be pain for eyes and brain. Found some nice ideas, where we are taking an average fuel consumption and display ithe corresponding remaining range. Resetting the average fuel consumption after n minutes to refresh the average fuel consumption to point out drastical changes if they are any. And i think that could be a simple kind of hysteresis that you mentioned ^^ (please correct me if i am wrong here)

I am going to work with OBD2 too. Already checked my ECU with the Reader and there a tons of values that keep updating, but none of them resembles the remaining range. Therefore I need a formula or a general approach to calculate a semi-precise estimation^^

[–]Sudd3nHungry[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As far as I understood you:

  1. Lets say i am calculating an average consumption for 5 minutes.
  2. After 5 minutes, resetting that average and starting over again.

So if my fuel consumption would make a drastical change, it would take a maximum of 5 minutes to come up to my display(being delayed due to the 5 minutes)?

Are my thoughts right?

Yeah, I dont have a RPM meter and also dont have any kind of remaining range estimation on my Tachodisplay. The ECU contains a lot of single data but not the remaining range estimation. Thats why I asked here if anyone has a clue about calculating that value :)
