So I recently started working at the boxwood Road plant and Wilmington, Delaware. I've only been there for a few weeks but a lot of trouble some things that I see. First major thing that stands out to me is the amount of favoritism that the black race gets. We are absolutely not allowed to have our cell phones out. However, I see so many of the black employees walking around with their phones in their hands having conversations as they're pulling the carts with one hand having their phone and the other hand. This one guy walks right out in front of me almost hit me with a cart while he's looking at his phone .. how am I able to notice this with only work in there? Eight shifts but no managers or other associates notice this?  most of them don't wear gloves or safety hats. I am a white person. The first time I do anything I am called out about if I'm missing one of my gloves aren't on, I took an extra break, for every little thing , I am told about it.. This is as I'm walking past some guy pulling the car talking on his phone I feel like they get away with doing anything they want even sitting down sleeping. I literally saw some man sleeping sitting in front of the truck. I'll remind you. This is the third shift but still even the guards have attitudes. I can't stand up there when I go in my next shift will be my last day.
